Altamaha River Trading Company
Born of a love for the area known as the Altamaha Water Shed, which filters and drains the areas south of Atlanta all the way through to the Georgia Coast. The Altamaha River flows eastward for approximately 137 miles from its origin to the Atlantic Ocean. The Altamaha River drainage basin encompasses 14,000 square miles. This remarkable wilderness is known as the "Amazon of the South."
Our website takes this area and utilizes it as a guiding force for our products, quality and personality. We believe in traditional southern quality coupled with the trademark hospitality the south is known for. Located in the southeastern corner of Georgia, our original shop boasts of both the quality and tradition that we strive to encompass in all of our endeavors.
