Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was the Altamaha River Trading Company. Cricket Mobley, our founder, set out to make a living doing what he loved and ended up setting the foundation of a legacy.
Throughout his life, Cricket held many titles: husband, father, brother, coach, and businessman. A talented entrepreneur, he first found success with his coffee company, Java Co. When that chapter came to a close, Cricket pursued a new vision—to create a place where hunters, fishermen, and outdoor enthusiasts could unite in their shared passion. This vision gave rise to the Altamaha River Trading Company.
ARTC is a family-owned and operated business that values quality materials, southern hospitality, and a deep respect for the great outdoors. We've partnered with like-minded individuals and small businesses in our community who share these values. Every product we create and promote is crafted with one goal in mind: celebrating the spirit of the outdoors.
