Shipping Information

Shipping costs are in there! We've included the price of shipping with each item in our online store to reduce the hassle and make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.

Returns & Exchanges

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. Please email info@shopartc.co to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. Mail your returned item to:

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for you return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include food and beverage items. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will have to pay the return shipping fee.
